To me, technology is a communication device, something that always keeps me involved with the out side world. It lets me know that no matter where I am or what I need, there it is to solve it all. On the surface it's beautiful, right? Having that quick access sure does make life a whole lot easier. But when I look deeper, it's really very sad how attached I, along with many others, I am to it. There is a fine line between wanting and needing. What do we do when that simple thing of checking your facebook or texting your friend becomes a full on addiction? Are we going to start having tech rehab centers? I don't know, and I sure don't want to find out. I'm not at all saying technology is a bad thing, it's a great thing. Maybe we just need to cut back a bit...
